Christiane Knacke (born April 17, 1962) is a former butterfly swimmer from East Germany. At age eighteen she won the bronze medal in the women's 100 m butterfly at the boycotted 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, USSR.

Knacke was the first woman in history to break the one-minute barrier in the event, when she clocked 59.78 on August 28, 1977.
