Christian Martucci a.k.a. Christian Black (born June 5, 1977) is an American guitarist, vocalist and songwriter. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a founding member of Black President. He was Dee Dee Ramone's guitarist from late 1999-2002 and also a founding member of The Strychnine Babies and The Chelsea Smiles. Martucci appeared as "Chris the Creep" in Dee Dee's last book, Legend of a Rock Star, A Memoir: The Last Testament of Dee Dee Ramone.

Although he is no longer with The Chelsea Smiles, he has continued to co-write many of their songs with guitarist Todd Youth since leaving the band. He is also credited for co-writing three songs on the last two Lords of Altamont albums, Lords Have Mercy (2005), and The Altamont Sin (2008). The latter of the two feature MC5 bassist Michael Davis.
