Chris Vance (b. December 1971 in London, England) is an English-Australian actor best known for his role as Sean Everleigh on Australian hospital drama All Saints.
Vance had previously featured on the Australian dramas Stingers and Blue Heelers, as well as The Bill. He currently appears in the third season of Prison Break as a mysterious inmate named Whistler.[1] Vance attended Newcastle University.
