Chris McGrail (born February 25, 1988 in Preston, England) is an English footballer currently playing for Preston North End.

In the 2006–07 season, he spent a short spell on loan at Football League Two side Accrington Stanley. He returned to Accrington on a loan deal at the beginning of the 2007–08 season.
