Chris KL-99 is a 1950s science fiction comic book character whose adventures were published by DC Comics. He first appears in Strange Adventures #1 (August 1950), and was created by science fiction author Edmond Hamilton and artist Howard Sherman.

He was created/written by science fiction author Edmond Hamilton, and is loosely based on pulp-magazine character Captain Future.
Chris KL-99's adventures usually involved space exploration. There is a subplot revolving around the search for his parents who went missing a number of years previously.

His first appearance came in 1950's Strange Adventures #1. He appeared in issues #1-3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 15. His origin was given in issue #7. He was assisted by Halk a Martian giant, and Jero a diminutive Venusian.
He has not appeared since that time, except for an appearance in Secret Origins #43, and brief cameos in DC Comics Presents #78 and Crisis on Infinite Earths #10.
