According to Claude Cahen, Chormaqan was very old but very much alive in 1243 and 1244. (Pre-Ottoman Turkey: a general survey of the material and spiritual culture and history, trans. J. Jones-Williams (New York: Taplinger, 1968), 137-38.) Aramgar 17:26, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
