This is the exact file used on the Fox News website. I noticed the issue with the spectacles, but it appears to be present in the original photograph supplied by the Virginia State Police. See, for example, this version from another news organization. —David Levy 14:36, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

It probably is a scan from a student ID, since the police might make you remove glasses, hats, bandannas, etc. TopherGZ (talk) 19:08, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
