Chopin vodka is a single-ingredient vodka, 4 times distilled from organic potatoes grown in the Polish region of Podlasie. It is produced by Siedlce-based Podlaska Wytwórnia Wódek Polmos company.

Chopin is the first luxury potato vodka in the world. It is named after the famous Polish Romantic composer Frédéric Chopin. It was first introduced to North America in 1997.

Seven pounds of potatoes are used to make each bottle of Chopin. The production is made in small batches and under rigorous quality control, to ensure maximum quality. If a taste sampling shows even a small hint of imbalance, the whole batch is destroyed.
