Coordinates: Cholachagudd is a village in the Karnataka State of India. It comes under Badami Taluka and Bagalkot district. It is on the bank of Malaprabha river which is a tributary of Krishna river. It has two famous Hindu temples called Banashankari and Veerbadhreshwara. It is famous for its paan leaves plantation, clove-chillies and Banana plantation.
It is also famous for its contribution to the Indian military for lot of youths serving in the armed forces.
