Cho Young-Cheol (born May 31, 1989 in South Korea) is a South Korean football player who currently plays for Yokohama F.C. in Japan's professional J. League.
He is a striker on the U-18 Korea Republic national team. He scored 10 goals against U-18 Guam national football team on November 6, 2007 at AFC Youth Championship 2008 qualification.
