Chlorothraupis is a genus of bird in the family Cardinalidae. It was long considered to be tanagers as their common names suggest, but this is false. They are close relatives of the habias or ant-"tanagers"
It contains the following species:
- Olive Tanager (Chlorothraupis carmioli)
- Lemon-spectacled Tanager (Chlorothraupis olivacea)
- Ochre-breasted Tanager (Chlorothraupis stolzmanni)
