according to this link, it's based in Taiwan, as opposed to the PRoC, per previous edit. [1]--Confuzion 03:06, 16 Sep 2004 (UTC)

There's also a PRC China Times at [2], run by the disabled union and published out of Beijing. It doesn't have the largest readership, but has been engaged in a promotional push after a facelift last fall, and has increased its exposure considerably. 71.251.53.58 08:13, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
