Talk:Chimaera

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Why is this article called "Chimera (fish)", when all of the content refers to it as "Chimaera"? --Timc 21:13, 18 Jun 2004 (UTC)

I just like the ae spelling, sorry :) --Obli 19:43, 8 Sep 2004 (UTC)

It has been suggested on Talk:Chimera#Chimaera? that that article, the dab page, be moved to Chimaera. This would imply moving this article back to Chimaera (fish). Please discuss. Septentrionalis 22:02, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

I think it's because there is two chimaera/chimera.:)2006

You know the mistical one and the fish.

do u know how long they live?

[edit] Ratfish

Would it be justifiable to add a reference to "ratfish" as a name? In this 1962 Golden Encyclopedia, that is the name they are listed under. ~Linuxerist E/L/T 02:21, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

yes to the ratfish question. also, anyone know why exactly these fish are called chimera? I don't see any resemblance to a goat, lion, or snake... haha. Robin Chen 04:50, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Please fix the introduction

The introductory paragraph to Chimarea (fish) has been vandalized. Please fix the ludicrous comments made in the paragraph to correctly summarize this fascinating fish. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.106.203.202 (talk) 15:30, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] vandalism
