The Program for Infant and Toddler Caregiving (PITC) is an evidence-based curriculum that trains early childhood caregivers to be responsive, consistent caregivers for young infants, mobile infants, and older infants (or toddlers). It was designed by J. Ron Lally at the WestEd Center for Child and Family Studies.
