[edit] Molestation links?

pedophilia and child molestation are not one and the same. Pedophilia is an attraction to children; child molestation is sexual abuse of a child. Only a small percentage of pedophiles molest children, and most child molesters are not pedophiles. Thus, I removed the links to materials about child molestation etc, as they are not relevant.

Child molestation and child sexual abuse are essentially the same thing. -Will Beback 05:06, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
Yes, those two are the same thing, but pedophilia is not the same as those things. It's the difference between attracted to someone and raping him/her. LWizard @ 05:42, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
I see what happened. The first comment was made when the article was titled "Pedophilia and sexual orientation". Then it was moved to the present title, "Child sexual abuse and sexual orientation", before I made my comment. No problem. -Will Beback 07:04, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
