The current Chief Justice was renamed to DOG-ar instead of Dogar. I mean, seriously, who are we? 10 year olds? Grow up for gods sake. What is 58-2b? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.181.102.46 (talk) 20:10, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Removal of Abdul Hameed Dogar

Why are you (to those) removing the current Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar? Why are you hiding the reality just because your personal view is different? Grow up and stop acting immature. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fahadzkhan (talkcontribs) 05:00, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] De facto chief justice

Dogar is the de facto chief justice.

[edit] Real Chief Justice of Pakistan

Majority of the citizen of Pakistan are agreed that the real chief justice of Pakistan is Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary and Dogar has no constitutional right to declared him the chief justice of Pakistan because the on 3rd November 2007 evening all the judges are directed to not to take oath under PCO thats why all the judges who took oath after that have no constitutional, moral or legal autharity —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.59.66.147 (talk) 09:28, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

Wikipedia needs reference against your claim, and the best applicable reference in this case is the official site of Supreme Court of Pakistan, which states that Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar is the Chief Justice of Pakistan. --SMS Talk 16:39, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
