Talk:Chiba, Chiba

- Shouldn't Chiba, Japan redirect instead to Chiba Prefecture? —Tokek 2 July 2005 08:26 (UTC)
- Nevermind, it seems like someone else changed your redirect, which I have reverted back to your version and explained it in Talk:Chiba, Japan.—Tokek 3 July 2005 06:51 (UTC)
Is Chiba Univeristy located in the city? My father once attended to the university. -- Taku 05:31, 27 Sep 2003 (UTC)
Wouldn't Chiba (city) be the most natural place for the article? That'd be consistent with the bold title (with disambig), and the most convenient for "piping" ([[Chiba (city)|]]). Alai 18:01, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Is it really chiba, chiba?
I got here looking for chiba chiba, and I don't mean no Japanese prefecture ;)
So is it really 'chiba, chiba' or is someone being mischievous?
Anyway, Chiba chiba should *not direct to Chiba, Chiba. -- Splatterbug 11:11, 25 May 2006 (UTC)
I think it should be Chiba City (Chiba-Shi) as opposed to Chiba Prefecture (Chiba-Ken) just as other prefectures and cities are broken up in Japan.
[edit] Trivia
I added this section. Just so you know. Goodbye. Paidgenius 16:29, 29 October 2006 (UTC) - Paidgenius
[edit] Project Assessment
Though a lot longer than many other Start-class articles, this is also a lot shorter than many major city articles. Expansion please. LordAmeth 23:58, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Picture Caption?
Has anyone noticed that the caption for the second photograph (the one of the building) is "Street of Makuhari that lines along sea with hotel?" That doesn't make any sense. I don't know what it's supposed to say. Someone should fix it. -71.104.92.253 20:52, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] What about Neuromancer?
I'm startled. Why is there no longer any reference at all to the fictional Chiba City in the cyperpunk works of William Gibson, not even a one-line link? That's a pretty huge cultural reference to leave out. Natecull (talk) 20:06, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
