Seal of the Chickasaw Nation. This image was converted electronically from a PDF to an SVG by User:kotra. The Chickasaw Nation presumably retains the copyright on this image. Permission for use of the Chickasaw seal can be granted by the Chickasaw Tribal Legislature (according to [1]). However, permission is unnecessary as this logo is believed to qualify as Fair Use for use on articles mainly about the Chickasaw Nation because it:

• illustrates the main topic of the article,
• is not replaceable (except by a similarly copyrighted flag image), and
• does not misrepresent the seal by using only a portion of the image.
