Chiyoda (千代田町 Chiyoda-machi?) is a town located in Oura District, Gunma, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 11,640 and a density of 534.93 persons per km². The total area is 21.76 km².

- 1889 - Tominaga village, Eiraku village, and Nagae village are created in Oura District
- 1955 - Tominaga village, Eiraku village and Nagae village are united, creating Chiyoda village.
- 1956 - Nakashima village is merged into Chiyoda village
- 1982 - Chiyoda village is renamed Chiyoda town
