Chih-Yi Chen is an active soloist, collaborative pianist and chamber musician. Her solo appearances take place throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Her collaborative experiences include performances with violinists Mark Kaplan, Ilya Kaler, Jaako Kuusisto, Robin Sharp, Joshua Bell, Barnabas Keleman, violists Atar Arad, Yuval Gotlibovich, cellist Csaba Onczay. She also appears as a soloist with orchestras such as Taipei Symphony Orchestra under conductor Irwin Hoffman. Chih-Yi Chen teaches at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
