Chiasmocleis bassleri is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches.
