Chiang Kai-shek Square (中正廣場) is a public open air square located on the grounds of the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall in Taipei City, Taiwan, Republic of China.
The square was officially opened to the public on April 5, 1980 in order to commemorate the 5th passing of the late President of the Republic of China, Chiang Kai-shek.
The square is very popular among the public. Taipers regularly exercise in the square. Many political and non-political evens alike are also held in the spacious square located in downtown Taipei, near the Presidential Building.
