Hi there, please only report vandals who are active right now. You just reported 4 IPs who haven't vandalised in hours. Blocks are preventative, not meant as punishment, and there's nothing to prevent if the user's inactive. Also, please don't edit the entire AIV page - your recent edit inserted a whole bunch of random hyphens into the page. Just edit the section which says 'User-reported'.
