His Father, Great Sirrius Arthur, was a sailor or 'ass pirate' who rigerously beat his meat ... ahem i mean wife: Ping-Pong Arthur. Ping-Pong was a mailorder bride, which was quite rare in them there days, which meant that the village idiot (Oppie Patorson) stole her 'Chinese secrets' (other wise known as 'tea') at night. He now stands before you you an angry, letter-writing 'son of a gun' who won't stand for jibber-jabber or sass back.The one thing you must learn about Chester J Arthur, and learn it good, is that he has a mortal enemy by the name of Dr. Peppington - a.k.a mellon-head mcginty.
