A page move may or may not be in order here. But User:TonyStarks moved it to a spelling different from the previous source which was the spelling in the title, and also different from the name in a source he did cite, which spells it in French as Chérif El Ouazzani, which as you can see remains a redlink.

Go study Wikipedia's naming conventions; use common name, use English, etc. Then discuss any proposed changes here. Gene Nygaard (talk) 02:14, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

Cherif El Ouazzani is his last name. His first name is Tahar. In Algeria, he's known as Tahar Cherif El Ouazzani, to differentiate him from his younger brother Abdennour Cherif El Ouazzani. TonyStarks (talk) 13:13, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

So provide some references for all of that—otherwise it is just your original research, unacceptable as a basis for making choices here—explaining why it is different in the sources. But what is he known as in English? The only evidence we have is the external link to his profile at national-football-teams.com so that should be addressed. I tried some Google searches, not good evidence of anything other than existence of the usage, and wasn't able to draw any conclusions because both of them result in many hits for people other than this one. Some attempt to remove the taint spread about by Wikipedia, but it isn't totally effective. Just "AND" searches, not exact phrase.

I also note that the same dzfoot.com site which has a profile for his brother with the Abdennour Cherif El Ouazzani spelling cited in the external links on his page, also spells the subject of this article differently, as "Tahar Cherif El-Ouazani" with one z rather than two plus a hyphen, at this page. His official name is "Si Tahar Chérif El Ouazzani". His first name is "Si Tahar" and his last name is "Chérif El Ouazzani." He is commonly referred to as "Tahar Chérif El Ouazzani" with the "Si" dropped in his first name. Thats all I have to say on the topic, do what you wish with it.
