What kind of cheese is this? It doesn't look like cheddar - it looks like cream cheese?

I have been looking to add sources to this, since I started the article a few years ago. I found this one online from the toronoist, I hope it is good enough at the moment. Surely some Australian newspapers have covered this thing, please add them if there are any more references. bhankins 12:30, 09 May 2008 (CT)
