I have scanned the image as it appears in my copy of the book "The Struggle for Europe" first published 1952 and reprinted 1954.

Source: Scanned directly from a copy of the book "The Struggle for Europe" by Chester Wilmot. This book was first published in 1952 and then republished by the Reprint Society Ltd by arrangement with Wm. Collins, Sons and Co. Ltd in 1954.

Reason for use: to show the subject's appearance. As Mr. Wilmot is dead, a free replacement is impracticable.
