Description

Log (base e) of the gain (magnitude response) of an 8th order Chebyshev type I electronic filter in complex frequency space (s=σ+jω) with ε=0.1 and cutoff frequency = 1. Black is -3 corresponding to a gain of about 1/20 or less and white is +3 corresponding to a gain of about 20 or greater.
