Chester Bartow Mcmullen (December 6, 1902 - November 3, 1953) was a U.S. Representative from Florida.
Born in Largo, Florida, Mcmullen attended the public schools of Largo, Florida. He was graduated from the college of law at the University of Florida in 1924. He was admitted to the bar in 1924 and commenced the practice of law in Clearwater, Florida. He served as prosecuting attorney of Pinellas County, Florida, in 1927 and 1928.
Mcmullen was elected State attorney for the sixth judicial circuit of Florida in 1930 and served until elected to Congress in 1950. He served as director of the First National Bank of Clearwater.
Mcmullen was elected as a Democrat to the Eighty-second Congress (January 3, 1951-January 3, 1953). He was not a candidate for renomination in 1952. He died in Clearwater, Florida, November 3, 1953. He was interred in Sylvan Abbey, Clearwater, Florida.
