"Cherry Pop" is an R&B song written by American singer Olivia featuring Missy Elliott. The track was produced by Timbaland, initially for Olivia's second studio album Behind Closed Doors. However, due to lack of time and very little promotion, Behind Closed Doors was never officially released and so Olivia was dropped from G-Unit Records. Rumour has it that Cherry Pop will be included on Olivia's forthcoming album, thought to be entitled O-Luv. The new album is currently being recorded and is expected to be released sometime in 2008.
