- This is a Chinese name; the family name is Cheng (成).
Cheng Gongying a stategist of the Three Kingdoms Period that served under Han Sui. When Xiahou Yuan came to subdue Han Sui, Gongying was the one who suggested to hide amongst the Qiang tribe. Following the death of Han Sui, Gongying submitted to Cao Cao. Cao Cao very much welcomed him as a strategist and made him a lord.
