Cheng-Siang Chen (Traditional Chinese: 陳正祥), born 1922, is a famous Chinese geographer.
He was Professor of Geography and Director of the Geographical Research Center at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He wrote the entry on China for Encyclopaedia Britannica.[1]
