Chen Qun (? - 236) was a minister serving Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms era of China.
Chen Qun was the creator of the Nine-rank system for civil service nomination. Following the somewhat early death of emperor Cao Pi, Chen Qun became the new guardian of the military. Chen Qun, Sima Yi, and Cao Zhen all advised Cao Pi's son, Cao Rui, to become the new emperor. Chen Qun is rumored to be the ancestor of Xuanzang.
