The 2004-05 season is Chelsea F.C.'s thirteenth consecutive season in the Premier League. Managed by José Mourinho, Chelsea won the 2004-05 Premier League season and the Carling Cup. Chelsea also made it to the fifth round of FA Cup knockouts and semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
