I found the rangeblock in question; it was on User:206.149.148.0/24 by pschemp on July 6th. I notified pschemp about the collateral damage (which contradicts his "no legitimate editors" explanation). We'll see what happens. Mangojuicetalk 16:51, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
