[edit] Lavender pit

Rather than get into a revert war, please contribute to the discussion on the Lavender Pit Talk Page. I believe that you are mistaken on this point (and, as I pointed out on the Talk Page, so does the US Board of Geographic Names), but I'm willing to listen to reason. Let's hear from you. Plazak (talk) 12:10, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

I have reverted it back to current use until this is settled on a talk page.--Kukini hablame aqui 17:11, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] March 2008

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Bisbee, Arizona do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Nyttend (talk) 19:44, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Bisbee, Arizona. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Nyttend (talk) 21:48, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Bisbee, Arizona. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Nyttend (talk) 02:12, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

None of those links are commmercial and all of them have information concerning Bisbee and its culture.

[edit] 3rr warning

Please read WP:3RR as you are currently in violation. Continued reverting will result in a block. Vsmith (talk) 02:34, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked

You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated. Vsmith (talk) 02:39, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

Your block was twofold: First for edit warring and secondly for adding spam. Please read external links and discuss your concerns on the talk page rather than continuing to revert war after your 24 hour block expires. Thank you, Vsmith (talk) 02:43, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
