Talk:Chas & Dave

[edit] Ampersand
The duo's name appears to be "Chas & Dave", not "Chas and Dave" — i.e., with an ampersand instead of "and", judging by their own website which has an ampersand throughout. If no one objects in the next few days, I'll change the article's name to "Chas & Dave". --A bit iffy 10:52, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Tidy Up
I have reomoved links for all of the Tottenham songs as the go nowhere, and the Ossie's Dream link is to this page anyway.Statto74 10:21, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
Whilst "Gertcha" may have been their first top 20 entry, their first "hit" (i.e. a recording that made the charts) was actually a single called "Strumming" which released a couple of years earlier. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.72.98.60 (talk) 15:14, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] POV tag
This concerns POV tag cleanup. Whenever an POV tag is placed, it is necessary to also post a message in the discussion section stating clearly why it is thought the article does not comply with POV guidelines, and suggestions for how to improve it. This permits discussion and consensus among editors. This is a drive-by tag, which is discouraged in WP, and it shall be removed. Future tags should have discussion posted as to why the tag was placed, and how the topic might be improved. Better yet, edit the topic yourself with the improvements. This statement is not a judgement of content, it is only a cleanup of frivolously and/or arbitrarily placed tags. No discussion, no tag.Jjdon (talk) 22:35, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
