[edit] Date of birth error?

I notice that this article and Find A Grave give his date of birth as March 28. However, other sources -- his Congressional biography, his New York Times obituary, his entry in Who Was Who in America 1951-60, all give his date of birth as March 29. I presume the second group of sources is more authoritative, so I'm going to go ahead and correct his date of birth. Anyone with better information is invited to share it.
