Start class because it needs a general expansion with more references. However, it could also go up in class if it is either globalized or the article's title limits the article to the USA only. Other countries have charitable contributions, I'm sure, but this article is on the USA only.EECavazos 22:19, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

Mid priority because a basic and important concept in taxation. If the article globalizes rather than takes the USA only path, then the article should have a high priority.EECavazos 22:20, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
