[edit] Other notes
I swear I smell cinnamon in the first few seconds as this perfume is sprayed on. But I see no mention of it in the entry. --24.249.108.133 00:40, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
What about the phrase, "Something smells here, and it ain't Chanel No. 5"? I'm pretty sure this has a well-known provenance, but I can find no trace of it on the web. Any ideas? Mathwizard44 03:37, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
There's a scene from Jarhead when their commanding officer goes to use the latrines as Swoff is preparing to burn them, and when he tells the CO he's just finished filling the pots with diesel fuel, he replies that he "doesn't care if they're filled with Chanel No. 5." Anyone want that scene mentioned? I doubt it, but you never know... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.88.230.11 (talk) 10:00, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
[edit] POV in a Perfume article?
Does anybody else notice that this perfume is refered to as "one of the best known" perfumes in the very first sentence? This is obvious POV. This is Wikipedia, where we display facts and information, not opinions and advertising. This should be removed. 71.205.26.227 (talk) 00:05, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
