This image, though subject to copyright, is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
4. the image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Charlotte Church; and
5. the image is used in the above article only as part of a discussion of this album and its particular significance in the artist's career (i.e. not merely to illustrate the artist herself).
