Chatham-Kent Secondary School

Chatham-Kent Secondary School is located in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada. With a student population of about 1200, it is the second largest Secondary School in Chatham-Kent.

At the head of the Administration is Mr. Todd Haskell, the Principal. The Vice Principals are Mrs. Goldhawk, and Mr. Hunt.

[edit] Mascot

CKSS' proud mascot is the Golden Hawk (No relation to the Vice Principal). In previous years the logo of the hawk was, oddly enough, not golden. In the 2006-07 school year the logo was re-done, and it is now golden.

[edit] The Musical

The CKSS Musical is a major event in the CKSS School year. For over a decade Mr. Bruce Nelson has directed the Musical. Most Recently, Mr. Nelson directed "FAME".

[edit] The Improv Team

CKSS also sports an Improvisation team. The team holds try outs during the fall of each school year and competes in the annual Canadian Improv Games.
