Charles Wesley James (December 22, 1937 in St. Louis, Missouri) is a former professional baseball player. He was an outfielder over parts of 6 seasons (1960-1965) with the St. Louis Cardinals and Cincinnati Reds. James was a member of the 1964 World Series champion Cardinals. An alumnus of Washington University in St. Louis, for his career he hit .255 with 28 home run and 172 runs batted in in 510 games played.
