Charles Rytkönen

Charles Daniel Rytkönen (born 3 December 1968) is the vocalist for the Swedish metal band Morgana Lefay. His harsh yet melodic style has most often been compared with the legendary Jon Oliva (Savatage, Jon Oliva's Pain).
Charles was also one of the founding members of a project called Sepher Jezirah with Tad Morose's guitarist Krister "Krunt" Andersson. No album was ever released. Charles was also asked by Jack Frost (Seven Witches) to join Seven Witches and sing on their forthcoming album. However, uncertain of the project, Charles did not join that band and remained solely with Morgana Lefay.
Charles has provided guest vocals on Tad Morose's "Matters of the Dark" (singing a duet with Urban breed on the title track), and in late 2006 sang guest vocals on the intro song "Vi Seglar Mot Miklagard" on Rebellion (band)'s album Miklagard — The History of the Vikings Volume 2 (2007). The intro is sung in Swedish, and is actually the first professionally recorded song where Charles sings in Swedish.
