Henry Charles McLaren, 4th Baron Aberconway (born 26 May 1948) is a British peer. He is the son of Charles McLaren, 3rd Baron Aberconway and Deirdre Knewstub.

He was educated at Eton and Sussex University.

He married Sally Ann Lentaigne in August 1981, but they were divorced in 1995. They had two children:
- Hon. Emily Rose McLaren (b. 4 March 1982)
- Hon. Charles Stephen McLaren (b. 27 December 1984), his heir apparent
