Charles Lee (basketball)

Charles Lee, (born November 11, 1984 in Washington, D.C.) a 6'3" guard out of Bucknell University, played on the San Antonio Spurs' 2006 Summer League team that competed in the Rocky Mountain Revue. In three games, he averaged 4.7 points and 2.0 steals in 12.0 minutes.

Lee, the 2006 Patriot League Player of the Year, helped guide Bucknell to two straight Patriot League Championships and two straight NCAA Tournament second-round appearances. In four seasons with the Bison he earned First Team All-Patriot League honors twice (2004, 2005) and Second Team All-Patriot League honors once (2003). He finished his career at Bucknell with 1,147 career points (11.0 ppg), 568 rebounds (5.5 rpg) and 167 steals (1.61 spg) making him only one of 15 players in program history to amass 1,000 points and 500 rebounds.

He was signed as a free agent on a trial contract with the San Antonio Spurs, after not being selected in the 2006 NBA Draft, but was the last player waived by the Spurs and signed with Hapoel Afula/ Gilbua from Israel for the rest of the 2006/2007 season. He averaged about 10 ppg, 2.8 rpg, and 2.4 apg as a part-time starter.
