Charles Foley

Charles Foley (1931–) invented Twister, together with Neil W. Rabens. Received only 2.5% royalties for three years from Milton Bradley, which amounted to about $27,000.[1] His granddaughter Meagan Foley represented Texas in the 2007 Rose of Tralee Festival in Ireland.
