Charles A. Reich (b. 1928) is an American legal and social scholar as well as author who was a Professor at Yale Law School when he wrote the 1970 best-selling book, The Greening of America. As a law student, he was editor-in-chief of the Yale Law Journal (1951-1952). Prior to his academic career he was a lawyer for major Washington, D.C. area firms.[1][2]
