"Chappie, Don't Cry", or as it's sometimes spelled, "Chappie,Don't Cry", is the first mainstream album by the Japanese dub band, Fishmans. "Chappie" is believed to be referring to Charlie Chaplin. The album cover also has a Chaplin-esque hat on it.
