From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Chang Chi-yun (Chinese: 張其昀; Pinyin: Zhāng Qíyùn; 1901 - 1985) was a historian, geographer, educator and politician. He was the founder of the Chinese Culture University.
The name Chi-Yun Chang seems derived from the Chang dynasty referred to as the Ch'i Yun (Breath of Life) Period.
